Lyn, whose resume includes decades of experience in nationwide retail sales management, is responsible for growing revenue and the platform’s reach within existing and new markets and verticals, as part of the company’s ongoing expansion plans. Lotus Analytics currently boasts an aggressive 2019 launch schedule for several new value-added services and innovative software tools, which are expected to add to the strong momentum behind Lotus’ arsenal of professional managed solutions. Lyn assumed the new role in October and is based at the company’s Warrensburg, N.Y., office.

Lyn is a Georgia native who has spent the past two decades managing and leading performance-driven teams across the U.S. in the specialty retail industry. She is respected among colleagues for her keen ability to identify opportunities that impact employee performance and engagement, as well as the operational pitfalls that keep a business from reaching its peak performance. She possesses an uncanny ability to understand and solve many of the problems business owners are challenged with day to day.
